The client had given a free hand in designing this project on a site of 40x70 in East Bangalore. Their main emphasis was on natural light and ventilation and a lot of space for garden. They wanted a lot of vibrance inside, brought in by both the material colours and natural light.

The design concept was that of stacked cubes with space in between these cubes becoming skylights and gardens. Even the elevation is very geometrical with cubes protruding from each other.

The staircase is given its due importance in the design, as its projected as a central character in the building and its visible from all common spaces.

There is a garden visible from every room
